Grades 2 - 4 8:00 - 9:00 am (580 Haverhill Street)

Grades 5-6 11:00 am - 12:00 pm (580 Haverhill Street)

Space is limited to 10 registrants per age group. Priority is given on a first come first served basis

Sharks Basketball & Lawrence Prospera have my permission to take and use photos of my child

COVID PROTOCALS

The program will adhere to state guidelines for physical activity.

We will have a designated spectator area with appropriate social distancing.

Sanitizing of basketballs will take place in between sessions.

The program will also be contingent on city/state risk factors for opening/closing programs.

In the case of infection, please notify Sacha Lu at slu@lfdcs.org

We will conduct contact tracing in the case of an infection

If a cohort needs to quarantine, we will resume programming following the 2 week quarantine.
